"A perfect restaurant for anyone homesick for a meal from home. Fatties specializes in English, American, Mexican, and Thai food. The only problem you'll encounter is deciding on what you want to eat. The extensive menu includes fish and chips, bangers and mash, ridiculously huge hamburgers, steaks, chilli, stuffed potato skins, spaghetti, jacket potatoes, tacos, nachos, enchiladas, pies, chops, full breakfast, pancakes, salads, sandwiches, soup, over 50 Thai dishes, and much more. Portions are large, even by Western standards. So far, only a handful of people have finished the 1/2 kilo double cheeseburger. However, if you can save room for dessert, apple pie, different versions of the ice cream sundae, fruit, banana splits, and more await. Air conditioned seating available inside, surrounded by memorabilia from America and England. Patio seating with ceiling fans is also available to relax during the daytime with a proper breakfast, or for "people watching" the interesting nightlife a bit later.
